Yumlet Terms of Service

1. Using Yumlet

By downloading, accessing, or using Yumlet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. What Yumlet Provides

Yumlet is an iPhone app that helps users import, organize, and work with recipe content. Features may include recipe extraction, categorization, shopping-related tools, subscription features, and optional iCloud sync.

3. App Store Purchases and Trials

Some Yumlet features may require a paid subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and policies. If a free trial is offered, it will be subject to the terms displayed in the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase.

4. Your Responsibilities

Use Yumlet only for lawful purposes.
Import content only where you have the right to access and use that content.
Review recipes, ingredient information, nutrition estimates, allergens, and cooking instructions before relying on them.
Do not interfere with the app, API, website, or other users’ access to the service.

5. Recipe and AI Output Disclaimer

Yumlet helps transform source material into a more usable recipe format, but extracted recipe data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your needs. Nutrition estimates, cooking times, servings, and similar fields are informational only and are not medical, dietary, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Yumlet app, website, branding, and related materials belong to Yumlet or its licensors. Recipe content imported from third-party websites or platforms may remain subject to the rights of the original publisher or creator.

7. Availability and Changes

Yumlet may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Yumlet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app, website, or import services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumlet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Yumlet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from inaccurate recipe imports, service outages, or your reliance on app-generated content.

9. Termination

Yumlet may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

Yumlet may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
